加速宁夏农用无人机开发应用 促进精准农业发展

根据长期从事农业和在农用无人机研发和应用领域的经验与体会,提出,随着现代农业和规模化经营的发展,宁夏应抓住农用无人机在精准农业中作用日益重要、并正上升为农机行业新星的机遇,加速农用无人机开发和应用。并结合宁夏当地农业和农村特点,提出农用无人机的开发应用可分"农业预警机"和"农事作业机"两个方面统筹兼顾,分步执行,最后建成一个具有世界先进水平的高度信息化、自动化的农业生产管理体系。

Thinking on Speeding up Development and Application of Agricultural UAV in Ningxia and Promoting Development of Precision Agriculture

Based on experiences and knowledge in agriculture and agricultural UAV, and with the increasing scale of modern agricultural operations, it is proposed that Ningxia should seize the opportunity, speed up development and application of agricultural UAV to take advantage of the greater role that UAV can play in precision agriculture and a novel hot spot of agricultural machine industry. Recognizing the unique characteristics of local agricultural operations and land, it is proposed that the development and application of the agricultural UAV should be divided into 2 aspects： a field information collection UAV and a field operation UAV （i.e., crop duster）. These aspects should be developed and implemented simultaneously to create a modern, digital, and automated agricultural production management system.
