摘    要:食品安全问题是当前苹果生产中的一个突出问题,其主要原因是果品生产中农药投入量大,高毒农药的使用导致果品农药残留量超标,所以苹果安全生产病虫害防治是实现苹果安全生产的关键技术环节。为了实现苹果的安全无公害生产,2001—2003年本着"预防为主,综合治理"的原则,在加强农业防治的基础上,以虫情监测为指导,选择石硫合剂等无公害农药防治果树病虫害;并采用人工合成的桃小食心虫和金纹细蛾性外激素诱心实施迷向诱捕法,防治苹果树上的桃小食心虫和金纹细蛾两种主要害虫的试验。结果表明,使用无公害农药和性外激素防治病虫害,取得了较好的防治效果。

Abstract:The food safety is an outstanding problem in apple production; the main reason is the use of high toxic and a great deal of pesticides in fruits production that results in over standard residue of the pesticides in fruit products. Prevention of pests and diseases is key technique in the apple safe production. From 2001 to 2003, we chose non-polluted pesticides such as lime sulfur synthetic solution (LSSS), used baits of synthetically sex won-polluted pesticides; sex pheromone of Asiaarposina sasakii and Lithocolletis ringoniella to control these two primary pests in order to produce safe and non-polluted apple products. The results showed that using non-polluted pesticides and baits of sex hormones to control pests and diseases could give good effects.
