摘    要:选用1日龄艾拔益加(AA)公仔鸡192只,随机分为3个处理。每个处理8个重复,每重复为1笼(8只/笼)。试验以玉米、豆粕为主要原料设计13种日粮。各处理组间能量水平一致(12 54MJ/kg)。处理1和处理2分别以NRC模型、BAHA模型为标准确定日粮中氨基酸的需要量,并采用常规饲喂法;处理3为BAHA模型,采用周龄饲喂法(WF)。试验以NRC为对照,评定BAHA及BAHAPF对0~49日龄肉仔鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:在BAHA组中,生长期(1~3周)日粮的粗蛋白水平降低1 45个百分点、育成期(4~6周)日粮的粗蛋白质水平降低1 39个百分点,对体质量、体增质量、采食量、饲料转化率没有显著影响(p>0 05)。在BAHAPF组中,3周龄肉仔鸡日粮中粗蛋白水平下降2 61个百分点、6周龄粗蛋白水平下降2 41个百分点均对其生产性能没有显著影响(p>0 05)。应用BAHA模型及BAHA模型周龄饲喂(WF),可降低单位增重成本且49日龄肉仔鸡动、静脉血糖含量显著增加(p<0 05)。

Abstract:Ideal amino acid profile, BAHA and BAHA week-feeding (WF) were tested to evaluate their efficacy compared with NRC 1994 recommendation for broiler chicks. 13 kinds of diets were fed from (0~49) days to 192 broiler chicks. All chicks were allotted to three treatments in a completely randomized design, every treatment had replicates (8 chicks per pen). The results were: Fed ideal amino acid profile diets for broilers, lower the diet's protein 1.45% in 1~3week, 1.39% in (4~6) week, there were no differences (p>0.05) in weight, weight gain, feed intake and feed efficiency to NRC diets. Fed ideal amino acid profile WF diets, lower the protein 2.61% in 3th week, 2.41% in 6th week, there were no differences (p>0.05) in weight, weight gain, feed intake and feed efficiency to NRC diets. These results indicated that WF supported maximum growth performance during the protein levels were reduced period. Economic analysis indicated that BAHA and BAHA PF would reduce the cost per unit weight gain without sacrificing growth performance. For the blood sugar in artery and vein of broilers, BAHA and WF might increase its content (p<0.05).
