关于提高国家基金申报质量的对策研究

农业科研的特殊性决定了农业基础理论研究经费的主渠道只能依靠政府拨款,农业高校的基础研究也必将更多地依靠国家自然科学基金的支持。本文根据国家自然科学基金委员会当年发出的"申请项目未获资助的通知",对山西农大未获资助的25个项目的未获资助原因资料进行了统计分析,从科研管理角度分析中请失败的原因,就农业高校如何加强前期管理工作,增强科研储备,提高国家自然科学基金的申报质量,提出了一些建议。

INVESTIGATION ON THE METHODS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF APPLICATION FOR NATIONAL NATURAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION

Most funds for basic theoritic research at agricultural universities was obtained from governments due to speci- aties of the research.The National Nature Science Research Funds was a main finacial support from the central gov- ernment for basic sciences.Therefore,it was vital to be successful in applying the fund.25 failure cases for the fund at Shanxi Agricultural University were statistically analysed.In a view of science research management,causes were discussed and suggestions were given to improve supervision of application procedure and enlarge capacities at a agri- cultural university to obtain the fund.
