摘    要:采用二氯甲烷同时蒸馏萃取前处理,结合毛细管GC及GC-MS技术,研究不同种植密度对湖北恩施白肋烟中性香味物质的影响。结果表明,当种植密度为16 667~25 000株/hm2时,中性香味物质总量较高;随着密度的增加,类胡萝卜素降解产物总量有降低趋势,类西柏烷类降解产物总量有增加趋势,芳香族氨基酸降解产物总量和美拉德反应产物总量先增加后降低;6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、β-大马酮、香叶基丙酮、苯乙醛、六氢法尼基丙酮、茄酮和2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯1,4-二酮等物质的含量随密度的增加先增加后减少,巨豆三烯酮Ⅱ、巨豆三烯酮Ⅲ、4,8,13-西柏三烯-1-醇和4,8,13-西柏三烯-1,3-二醇的含量随种植密度的增加先减少后增加。

Abstract:In this paper,pretreatment of SDE-DCM was adopted,then combined with capillary GC and GC-MS,effects of different planting densities on neutral aroma components in Burley from Hubei Enshi were studied.The results showed that the total content of neutral aroma components was high when planting density was 16 667-25 000 plant/hm2.As the planting density being increased,the content of carotenoid dgradation products trended to decrease while cembrane dgradation products increased,and the content of aromatic amino reaction products and Maillard reaction products increased firstly and then decreased.The content of 6-methyl-5-heptylene-2-ketone,β-damascenone,geranylacetone,phenylacetaldehyde,six hydrogen facchini acetone,solanone and 2,6,6-Trimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1,4-dione increased firstly and then reduced,but the content of MegastigmatrienoneⅡ,Megastigmatrienone Ⅲ,4,8,13-duvatrien-1-alcohol and 4,8,13-duvatrien-1,3-diol reduced firstly and then increased.
