摘    要:采用溶液培养的方法,比较不同氮素水平下,甘草株高、根干质量、药用成分以及游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质等物质含量,为甘草的优质高产栽培提供依据。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,株高增长量随之增大;甘草多糖、可溶性糖和淀粉含量则随之降低。供氮量为56 mg/L时,产量和氮肥的利用率最高,植株合成甘草酸、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质的总量最大,有利于甘草后期的产量提高及药用成分积累。

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Yield and Quality of Licorice

Abstract:The experiment was conducted with solution culture method,and compared the differences of licorice plant height,dry mass of root,contents of medicinal ingredients,amino acids,soluble proteins and other substances under different nitrogen levels,to provide the basis for high yield and quality of licorice planting.The results were as follows: with the increase of nitrogen rate,the plant height increased;but licorice polysaccharide,soluble sugar and starch content decreased.At the 56 mg/L nitrogen supply,the yield and nitrogen utilization were the highest,the total amount of glycyrrhizic acid,free amino acid and soluble protein were the maximum,and beneficial to increase yield and accumulation of medicinal ingredients on late period of licorice growth.
