摘    要:研究不同浓度肌苷对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为其应用于植物生长调节提供参考。通过室内水培试验,分别设定100~500 mg/L五组不同浓度的肌苷处理,测定绿豆种子发芽和植株生长的相关指标。与对照相比,不同浓度肌苷浸种均促进了绿豆种子的萌发和生长,绿豆的发芽势、发芽率、根长、叶长、叶宽、鲜重和干重有不同程度提高,根冠比降低。不同浓度处理中,以400 mg/L处理的幼苗发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为95.8%和97.9%;以300 mg/L处理鲜重、总干重和根干重最高,播种8、10天后以200 mg/L和400 mg/L处理的幼苗根长、叶长、叶宽最高。利用肌苷浸种可促进绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长,且浓度为200~400 mg/L肌苷更能够在不同程度上有益于苗期生长并提高产量。

Effects of Inosine on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Mung Bean
Abstract:Objective] The present experiment was conducted to study the influences of different concentrations of inosine on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean plant, in order to provide references for its application in plant growth regulator. Method] By using indoor hydroponic culture, five different concentrations of inosine (100-500mg/l) were designed to determine relevant indicators on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean. Result] Compared with the control, soaking in all different inosine could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean seeds, the seed germination potential and rate, root length, leaf length and width, fresh weight and dry weight were improved in various degrees, root shoot ratio were decreased. In all inosine treatments, the seed germination and rate in 400mg/l treatment were the highest with 95.8% and 97.9%. And the fresh weight, dry weight and root dry weight in 300mg/l treatment were found to increase the maximum. Eight and ten days after seeding, seedling root length, leaf length and width of seedling in 200mg/l and 400mg/l treatments also showed the highest. Conclusion] The use of inosine soaking could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean, and the concentration of 200-400mg/l can be more beneficial to inosine in varying degrees on the seedling growth and boost productivity.
