西瓜嫁接抗病机理研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外西瓜嫁接栽培效果及嫁接植株抗病机理方面的研究进展。归纳了西瓜嫁接技术及不同嫁接方法的优缺点,简述了嫁接在西瓜抗病性方面的栽培效果,总结了嫁接植株抗病机理,包括组织结构抗性、生理生化抗性和嫁接诱导抗性机理方面的研究情况,并对目前研究中存在的问题及以后的研究方向进行了讨论。认为应加强优良砧木选育及抗病分子机理的研究,以期丰富嫁接植株抗病理论。

Abstract:

This paper reviewed the current research progress on cultivation effect and defense mechanisms involved in disease resistance of grafted watermelon at domestic and abroad, summarized the grafting methods and compared their advantages and disadvantages, introduced the cultivation effects of grafted watermelon, discussed the resistant mechanisms associated with grafting, including histology resistant, physiology and biochemistry resistant and grafting-induced resistant, meanwhile, the absence in current research and the research direction in the future work were also discussed. The authors thought that breeding of the excellent rootstock varieties and studies on resistant mechanism of grafted plant in molecular level should be strengthened, which would be of scientific significance in enriching disease-resistance theory of grafted plant.
