博德特氏菌HN36对土壤酶活性和呼吸强度的影响

摘    要:研究了博德特氏菌HN36(Bordetella sp.)对受二氯喹啉酸污染土壤中的土壤酶活性和呼吸强度的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,加入HN36后均能提高土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶、脲酶及碱性磷酸酶酶活性和呼吸强度,且随着接种量的增加而增强。当接种量为3×1010个.g-1干土时,效果最好。

Abstract:Study effects of Bordetella HN36(Bordetella sp.)on soil enzyme activities and soil respiration in quinclorac contaminated soil.The results showed that compared with the control,added HN36 to soil could increase the catalase,saccharosase,polyhenol oxidase,urease and alkaline phosphatase activities and respiration,and with the increase of the amount of bacteria.When the amount of 3×1010 cells·g-1 was optimal.
