从公共权力在新媒体舆论监督中的角色看舆论监督的现状及对策——“志丹县短信案”新闻学研究

通过对“志丹县短信案”中新媒体舆论监督的分析，论述了公共权力由于对新媒体特性的陌生，产生了应对中的恐慌，指出在面对突发事件时传统媒体失语、草根阶层的边缘化、舆论监督的制度性缺失等问题。认为政务公开是一种积极的疏导，让言论自由在承担社会责任的情况下积极健康的发展；新媒体与传统媒体一起，可以构建多元化的监督格局；而对新媒体也要加强监控机制，对于恶意的信息传播，要依法采取相应措施予以制止。

.Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Supervision by Public Opinion in Way of the Role of Public Power in the Supervision of New Media ——Journalist Study on ＂Text Message Case of Zhidan County＂

Through the analysis of supervision by new media on ＂text message case of Zhidan County＂, because of the strangeness to the characteristics of new media, public power is terrified during its coping process. The problems were pointed out such as traditional media＇ s loss of words when faced with emergency, the verge of working class, the lack of supervision system. Making government affairs public was considered to be an active leading, which let free speech actively and healthfully develop under the condition of undertaking social responsibilities; the new media can construct a multi-supervision situation together with traditional media. However, confronted with new media, the monitoring mechanism should be strengthened, and for malicious information transmission, correspondent measures should be taken to stop it according to law.
