| 摘 要： | 旅游观光采摘园是体验经济时代旅游项目的典型代表,论文论述了开发旅游观光采摘园在转变农业经营模式。增加农民收入,丰富旅游产品的类型和内涵等方面的重要意义。同时指出采摘园在开发管理、经营理念等方面存在的一些共性问题,并针对这些问题提出了多渠道筹措资金,利用科技优势研发新产品,优化管理模式,开发多种旅游项目并加大宣传力度等基本策略。

| Abstract: | Tourist sightseeing picking garden is a typical representative of tourist projects in the times of experiencing economy, and the article illustrates its significance in transforming agricultural management mode, increasing farmers＇ income, and enriching the types and connotation of tourist product. Meanwhile, it is pointed out some common problems existing in the aspects of development management and operating concepts, and focused on these problems, some basic strategies are put forward as adopting multi-channel fund raising, researching and developing new products using technical superiority, optimizing administration mode, developing a variety of tourist projects, and enhancing more publicity. |
