农村妇女保障问题探究

社会保障问题日益得到社会各界的关注,而对于占中国人口一半的妇女来说,如何加强对她们的保障,特别是农村妇女的就业和生育保障问题对新农村建设、转移劳动力都有很大的促进作用。文章从目前农村妇女劳动力市场供给和需求入手,在对其进行分析的基础上提出了完善妇女保障的建议和对策。

The probloms of social security are receiving more and more social public concern.As for the women in China,who make up half the population of the whole country,it will have a great promotion on the constraction of the new village and shift the labor force if we strengthen their security,especially the job and bear security for rural women.This paper,startisy with supply and demand the present rural women labor force,based on the analyzes,puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of perfect the women's security system.
