| Abstract: | Firm＇s social capital is the resource that reflects the characters of firm＇ s social relationships. Firm＇s social capital enables firms gain much competitive advantages through the network of social relationship, which can affect finn performance. This paper discusses the main structure and connotation of firm＇s social capital, and analyses the impact of firm＇s social capital on finn performance. |
