| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设的重大任务,是提高农业劳动者的素质;＂三农问题＂的破解也在于农民素质的提高。农民教育的进一步加强,是实现农民增收、促进农村剩余劳动力转移、改变农村面貌、转变农村经济增长方式、提高农业现代化水平的关键所在。针对全国特别是山西农村劳动力文化技能素质较低,农村教育经费投入不足的现状,必须加大政府对农民教育的资金投入,大力发展以义务教育为主的农村教育,同时整合农民教育资源创建多样有实效的教育形式,帮助农民树立终身教育的理念。
