| Abstract: | Since the strategic goal of rural transition development has been defined clearly by the provincial government of Shanxi, how to make it is actually faced with political, economic and cultrual dilemma. To deal with the situation, it is necessary to strengthen the political security in the countryside, and to improve and promote the economic and cultural security as well. |
