| 摘 要： | 通过对上市公司委托理财的统计分析可以看出 ,委托理财中存在着平均收益降低 ,保底收益难兑现、信息披露不及时、占用募集资金严重、摧生金融泡沫等问题。对此 ,应采取完善证券市场法制建设和惩罚机制、加强监管、积极引导上市公司重视主业发展等有效措施 ,对委托理财进行规范
