我国当前金融犯罪的形成原因

随着金融自由化和国际化浪潮的兴起,伴之而来的金融犯罪也日趋猖獗。本文认为我国当前金融犯罪的形成原因主要分为主体原因和主体外原因。主体原因有三:(一)金融从业人员大多偏年轻,道德、业务素质比较差,防范金融犯罪的意识淡薄;(二)社会财富分配不公,导致社会公众心态失衡,某些人铤而走险;(三)在市场经济条件下,部分人的物质欲望增强,拜金主义盛行。从我国当前金融犯罪的现状来看,金融犯罪形成的主体外原因主要是指我国金融管理制度的不完善。

The reason on the financial crime in our country at present

With the rise of financial liberalization and internationalized tide,the financial crime is becoming more rampant.This text thinks that our country's financial crime can be divided into the outside subject reason and the subject reason mainly at present.The subject reason con cludes three sectors:(1),the financial employees towards young mostly,and has rel-atively poor professional qualifications and morals.The consciousness of taking precautions against the financial crime is faint.Secondly,the unfair distribution of wealth in the society leads to the fact that the social masses'psychology is out of bal-ance,so some people make a desperate move.Thirdly,the material desires of some people are strengthened and mammonism prevails under the condition of market economy.According to current situation of our country's present financial crime,the outside subject reason of our country mainly refers to the financial management systems doesn't perfect.
