外语教师专业发展的有效途径——反思性教学

摘    要:教师是决定教育发展和教育改革成效的关键因素之一。教师培养与专业成长受不同教学观的影响。基于对四种主要的教学观及其与外语教师专业发展途径的关系的分析,说明反思性教学成为外语教师专业成长的有效途径的内在必然性,并从理论和操作两个层面探讨如何实施反思性教学。

Abstract:Teachers are one of the crucial factors for education development and revolutions effects. But teachers' training and professional development are influenced by different teaching philosophies. This paper first analyses the relationship between the four major teaching philosophies and the ways of foreign language teacher's professional development, demonstrating that it is inherently necessary that the reflective teaching appears to be an effective way of teachers' professional growth, and then discusses the issue of how to implement reflective teaching both theoretically and practically.
