| 摘 要： | 科学发展观和构建和谐社会的提出是我党在新时期对社会主义建设理论的两次重大的创新。贯彻落实科学发展观是构建和谐社会的基础和途径；构建和谐社会是贯彻落实科学发展观的力量源泉和最终落脚点。科学发展观与和谐社会都体现了“以人为本”的内在价值取向，都是对马克思主义的继承和发展。

| Abstract: | Putting forward the scientific development concept and building the harmonious society are two major innovations about socialist construction theory for our party in the new period. Implementing the scientific development concept is the foundation and means of building the harmonious society; constructing the harmonious society is the source of strength and final foothold of implementing the scientific development concept. They are both the expressions of ＂people-oriented＂ intrinsic values and the inheritance and development of Marxism. |
