| 摘 要： | 社会资本影响区域创新、知识获取、知识转移与知识整合,进而影响区域创新能力的提升。社会资本,是指区域内创新组织通过长期交往而形成的社会关系网络,网络成员相互信任、互利互惠,能够从网络中获得某些创新资源。它具有结构维度、关系维度和认知维度。区域创新能力由创新资源、区域文化、社会资本、合作创新和创新产出五个要素构成,五要素之间相互联系、相互影响,共同推动区域创新能力发展。为了迅速提升区域创新能力,应从构建社会网络,搭建社会资本平台;建立高效的游戏规则;鼓励创新组织守信用,打击不守信用、投机主义行为三方面培育社会资本。
