变化与应对：农村阶层分化视域下的农民政治参与

农村阶层分化致使政治参与主体多元化、政治主体主动参与意识增强、极端参与方式增多、参与内容和重点转移,政治参与的新变化使我国农村传统政治参与机制的弊端日益显现,必须从不断完善政治参与机制、强化农村基层民主政治建设,实现政治参与和民主政治建设的双向良性互动、提高政治系统的开放性和吸纳力、实现政治参与的规范化和制度化等方面完善政治参与机制,更好地适应各阶层政治参与的新变化。

Change and Measures: Farmers' Political Participation from the Perspective of Rural Class Differentiation

Rural class differentiation has brought out many new changes as the diversification of political participation,the strengthening consciousness of active participation of political subject,increasing extreme ways of participation and shift of content in participation and focus all of which increasingly exposed the shortcomings of traditional rural political participation mechanism.Due to the above,we must continue to improve political participation mechanism and strengthen the grassroots democratic and political construction in rural areas to achieve positive two-way interaction between political participation and democratic political construction.Besides this,we must work hard to improve the openness and absorbing force of the political system to achieve the standardization and institutionalization of political participation.By doing so,the political participation mechanism can be improved to better adapt to the new changes of political participation by all classes.
