| 摘 要： | 从区域合作的理论依据、合作的模式与标准、区域合作的内在动因、区域合作的主体和内容以及区域合作协调机制的制度性保障等方面对德中两国的区域合作的理论与实践作出比较，并根据以上讨论，提出改善我国区域合作的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This thesis makes a comparison in theory and practice on regional cooperation between German and China in view of theory foundation on the regional cooperation, mode and norm for the regional cooperation, intrinsic motivation on the regional cooperation,subject and contents on the regional cooperation,and institutional guarantee for the mediation mechanism on the regional cooperation. On the basis of the forgoing discussion, the proposal for the improvement of Chinese regional cooperation is raised. |
