我国银企跨国经营协同发展的几点思考

跨国公司与跨国银行在全球经济一体化的进程中扮演着极为重要的角色。改革开放以来，我国银行、企业的跨国经营取得了一定的进展，加入世界贸易组织将为我国银行和企业开展跨国经营，平等参与国际竞争提供前所未有的机遇。目前我国银行和企业在发展跨国经营方面还存在着许多制度性和技术性的障碍，当务之急是加大制度改革的力度，政策上鼓励，技术上扶持，促成银行和企业的联合，造就协同发展、跨国经营的态势。

Speculations for Transnational Operation and Coordinated Development of Chinese Enterprises & Banks

The transnational companies and banks have been playing important roles in the process of economic globalization. Ever since the Reform & Open, Chinese enterprises and banks have made some progress in transnational operation. The entry to WTO will provide Chinese enterprises and banks opportunity to develop transnational operation and participate international competition on an equal basis, but now the companies and banks also have some institutional and technological obstacles in the field on transnational operation. The imperative issue for us is to strengthen input of policy and technology, facilitate the cooperation of companies and banks, and bring about the trend of coordinated development in transnational operation.
