试论网络伦理的建构原则

网络社会作为一种新生的社会组织形式,在带给人们极大自由与便利的同时,也产生了一些新的伦理问题,使得建构网络伦理显得日趋迫切与必要.建构网络伦理需要遵循一定的基本原则,这些原则包括社会责任原则、整体利益原则、人性关怀原则、公平正义原则、诚实守信原则、因势利导原则、兼容允许原则、和谐发展原则等.

The Principle for Constructing Internet Ethics

Hence, it is necessary to establish the Internet ethics. To construct the internet ethics should follow a certain principles, including the principle of social responsibility, the principle of entire interests, the principle of humanity, the principle of justices, the principle of honesty, the principle of improving the occasion, the principle of all embracing, the principle of harmonious development, and so on.
