| 摘 要： | 河南省农村劳动力转移与“三化”协调发展存在产业结构问题突出、农村劳动力市民化成本高、制约农村人力资本水平三方面的问题。可从转变观念、改革户籍制度、加速农民市民化等几个方面优化配置河南省农村劳动力资源。

| Abstract: | The transfer of labor resources in rural areas of Henan Province conflicts with ＂Three Coordination＂, These problems mainly are salient problems of industrial structure, high costs of urbanization of rural labor force, and the limited level of human capital in rural areas. Some suggestions are advanced about optimizing rural labor force： updating their ideas, reforming the household registration system, accelerating the process of urbanization, etc. |
