社会转型与创新乡村社会管理

改革开放以来，我国社会处于急剧转型期，乡村社会管理出现利益主体多元、管理内容复杂等特点，传统的乡村社会管理已不能适应社会发展的需要。乡村社会管理作为社会管理的有机组成部分，是我国全面发展的根基之所在，其成效直接关系到社会主义新农村建设的进展。在社会转型的过程中对于乡村社会管理的要求也在不断提高，创新乡村社会管理追在眉睫。现阶段，整合各种资源，协调各方利益，形成良好的管理运行机制是社会发展的必然要求。
