| 摘 要： | “以人为本”是科学发展观的核心价值理念。对马克思主义人本思想的发展，使科学发展观的“以人为本”核心价值理念具有了坚实而科学的理论基础；对中国传统“人贵”价值观的汲取，使科学发展观的“以人为本”核心价值理念具有了鲜明而深厚的民族特色；对西方“物本”发展观的超越，使科学发展观的“以人为本”核心价值理念具有了强烈而浓郁的时代精神；对中国现代化建设经验的总结，使科学发展观的“以人为本”核心价值理念具有了坚实而深厚的实践根基。
