社会阶层结构、社会流动与社会和谐：自重庆观察

在抽样调查和大量分阶层访谈调查基础上，对现阶段重庆的阶层结构，各阶层的生存状态、政治诉求、社会评价、心理预期以及社会流动状况、阶层关系等进行分析，结果表明，现阶段重庆的社会阶层结构是一个比较明显的倒“丁字型”结构，开放程度较低，社会流动渠道不畅，社会发展滞后于经济发展。应着力改善社会结构，促进阶层关系和谐和社会稳定。

Social Class Structure, Social Mobility and Social Harmony: Observation from Chongqing

On the basis of sample surveys and interviews to a large number of sub-sectors, the article analyses the social class structure at this stage in Chongqing and the survival status of all walks of life, political aspirations, social assessment, psychological, social mobility and class relations. The results showes that Chongqing＇s social class struc- ture at this stage presents an obvious inverted “丁” structure, the lower the degree of openness, less channels of so- cial mobility.At the same time,the social development lags behind economic development. It is urgent to focus on improving the social structure and promote harmonious relations between different classes and social stability.
