民族礼俗是一种民族文化。民族礼俗与教育之间是一种相互共生的关系，民族礼俗有着极其丰富的教育内涵（教育主体的开放性、教育内容的生活性、教育过程的活动性）和教育价值（生命教育价值、文化传承价值、民族认同价值、生态保护价值）。从借鉴和反思出发，民族礼俗对民族学校教育发展具有启示意义。民族学校教育发展须遵循民族文化的特性，形成与民族文化和谐共生的发展道路。

The Educational Connotation, Value and Inspiration of Ethnic Etiquette and Custom——The Case of the Bai Ethnic Etiquette and Custom in Daili

Ethnic etiquette and custom is part of the ethnic culture, and it is closely correlated with education in that it embraces rich educational contents involving the open subjects, the life flavor, and activities, and it has the educational values of life, cultural succession, ethnic identification and ecologic protection. In the sense of refer- ence and reflection, ethnic etiquette and custom is of inspiring significance to the educational development of ethnic schools. Ethnic schools are expected to take advantage of the ethnic culture to benefit its progress.
