| 摘 要： | 城市贫困问题影响改革、发展、稳定的大局,影响全面小康社会的实现。因此,社会和政府应对贫困问题予以高度关注。解决城市贫困问题需要建立社会公平机制,健全社会保障制度,推进就业支持政策和教育机会均等政策等。

In eliminating the urban poverty, we should set up the social equality mechanism, strengthen the social ensure system, advance the employment policy and equalize the educational opportunities. |
