新的全球秩序何以可能

可以把马克思的社会转型理论加以推广 ,用来说明全球化过程。这一理论认为 ,在民族国家范围内 ,市场经济的兴起导致人们的社会关系从直接依赖类型向间接依赖类型的转变 ,并导致能提供统一的法律秩序和采取民主政治形式的现代民族国家的兴起。把上述社会转型理论推广到全球社会范围内 ,就可以把经济全球化理解为全球市民社会的兴起 ,而这最终将可能导致全球范围内统一的法律秩序和民主政治的建立。当然 ,达到这一点可能需要经历一个非常曲折而漫长的历史时期。

How new global order is possible——from Marx's perspective

This paper attempts to explain the process of globalization by extending Marx's theory of social transformation.According to this theory,within the range of nation-states,the rising of market economy has transformed people's social relations from direct relying type to indirect one,and has led to the rising of modern nation-states which may supply unified law order and adopt democratic political form.Extending this theory of social transformation to the range of global society,we way comprehend the economic globalization as the rising of global civil society which would finally lead to the establishment of the unified law order and democratic politics within the global range.Of course,there will be a long way to go to reach the historic summit.
