试论农民工的向上流动

我国在长期的二元结构的影响下,社会出现了断裂,经济的发展受到了阻碍.农民工阶层作为城乡分隔的疏通管道,不停地传递着二元之间的信息,同时也是社会经济发展的主要力量.农民工的向上流动不仅带来了农村的富裕,而且为城市的中间阶层注入活力和营养,从而为达到"橄榄型"和谐的社会结构提供可能性.

Under the long-term influence of the duality structure,the society appears to have the cleavage and the development of economy is subject to a block.The peasant-workers stratum is the communication-bridge between the city and the countryside.They deliver the information of the duality ceaselessly.Meanwhile,it is the main power of the social economic development.The peasant workers' flows-up not only bring the wealth to countryside,but also bring vitality and nourishment into the middle stratum,and then have the possibility to attain "the olives type" of the harmonious social structure.
