| 摘 要： | 本文从分析在西部大开发中民族教育立法的必要性和重要性入手,提出在西部大开发背景下只有加快民族教育立法工作,才能实现民族教育事业的跨越式发展。并对现阶段民族教育立法存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。
