成员异质性对农民合作社收益分配控制权归属的影响分析——基于京、冀、黑三省72家农民合作社的调查

基于京、冀、黑三省72家农民合作社的调查,考察了农民合作社的成员异质性及其对合作社收益分配控制权归属的影响。通过样本数据描述、因子分析和Logistic回归分析,结果表明:农民合作社的成员异质性并不是体现在成员农民身份的异质性上,而是休现在理事会成员与普通成员之间的文化程度差异、经营规模差异、社会活动能力差异、在合作社内的出资差异、在合作社内的角色差异等方面。理事会成员与普通成员之间异质性可以归纳为成员资源异质性和成员参与异质性两大类,其中,成员参与异质性会显著影响农民合作社的收益分配控制权归属,而成员资源异质性的影响并不显著。可见,通过提高普通成员参与程度,缩小成员参与异质性,可以在一定程度上达到规范合作社收益分配决策机制的效果。

Influence of Membership Heterogeneity on Farmer Cooperatives＇Income Distribution Control Right A Study Based on Investigation of 72 Farmer Cooperatives in Beijing,Hebei, and Heilongjiang Province in China

Based on the investigation of 72 farmer cooperatives in Beijing, Hebei, and Heilongjiang Prov ince in China, this paper explored the influence of membership heterogeneity on farmer cooperatives＇ income distribution control right.The results show that membership heterogeneity mainly refers to the differences be tween council members and ordinary members in terms of education, scales, social skills, funded and roles. Membership heterogeneity can be divided into two kinds.One is heterogeneity of resources, and the other is het erogeneity of participation, which works significant effect on the farmer cooperatives＂ income distribution control right.As a result, encouraging ordinary members to participate more actively in the farmer cooperatives can be a good way for farmer cooperatives to regulate their income distribution control right.
