| 摘 要： | 发展小城镇是带动农村经济和社会发展的一个大战略，有利于乡镇企业的相对集中，可以促进农村的工业化进程，可以极大地推进农业的现代化进程。因此，大力发展小城镇，提高我国城市化水平，是农村经济发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | Developing small towns is a great strategy to promote the economy and the social progress.It can be good for the relative concentration of the small town enterprise,and it can also promote the industrial progress of the countryside.Doing this can give great impules to the agricultural modernization.Therefore,devoting major effors to develop small towns and raising the standard of towns and cities are the necessary trend to promote the rural social economy. |
