| 摘 要： | 现代社会的质量问题已脱离了其传统意义上的能指和所指，不仅仅是指技术和管理上的问题，还成为突破和建立贸易保护的工具和手段。政治主体正借助质量的技术壁垒、社会壁垒和绿色壁垒对国内或国外、局部或整体的利益关系进行协调和控制，折射出质量的国际政治属性。

| Abstract: | Quality issues in modern society have gone beyond their traditional signifier and signified.They are not only the problems in technical or managerial fields,but also become a method for the breakthrough and establishment of trade protectionism.Political entities are increasingly using the quality concept in the forms of trade,social and green barriers to coordinate and control their domestic/foreign and local/overall interests,which reveals the international politics of quality. |
