| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业党建工作受到企业性质、党员流动性、党组织家族化、党建工作对象身份的双重性、党务工作者地位的边缘化等多方面因素的影响。在非公有制企业开展党建工作，必须从其特殊性出发，从明确党组织定位、理顺管理关系、完善组织管理架构、建立健全党建工作机制等方面着手，探索一条科学、有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Party construction in private enterprises has its particularity such as mobility and family organization of party members and so on.Therefore,when we set about party building in the private enterprises,we should start from its particularity and explore a scientific and efficient way to promote the actual effect of party building in the private enterprises. |
