| 摘 要： | 基于产业梯度转移的规律，中部六省在承接东南沿海产业转移过程中，首先应该分析自身本土产业与产业结构的现状与特点，根据产业梯度系数确立各自的优势产业，在此基础上，再根据各省区相对东南沿海不同地区（主要是珠三角、长三角、京津地区）的产业梯度和相对产业梯度，确定各省区对应不同发达地区所需要重点承接的产业。同时，针对当前产业转移过程中出现的主要问题，提出一系列应对策略与建议，以更好地承接东南沿海不同经济发达地区的产业转移。
