论新中国财富发展两大模式的本质贯通性——基于资本全球扩张视角的考察

从资本批判的视角来看，随着资本全球扩张不断走向深入以及由此而来的资本积累主要集中在发达资本主义国家，而贫困积累主要集中在边缘落后国家的总体趋势，使得经典意义上的社会主义诞生条件发生了分离。这使得东方落后国家在具备走社会主义道路之历史合理性的同时，也使得其在诞生之初就面临着一方面必须进入世界资本主义体系来建设社会主义，另一方面又要防止被强大国际资本力量吞噬支配而重新陷入贫困积累的两难困境。以此实践困境来反观新中国成立以来走过的财富道路，则可以得出社会主义计划经济体制下的财富发展模式以及之后历经波折后转向的社会主义市场经济体制下的财富发展模式，看似矛盾且差别巨大，但都本质地契合了当代中国在资本全球扩张背景下建设社会主义的内在要求。因此，这财富发展两大模式在本质上是贯通的。

On the Essential Connection of the Two Patterns of Treasure Development of New China：From the Perspective of Capital Global Expansion

Viewing from the point of capital criticism,capital global expansionhas been deepened and capital accumulation is mainly centralized in the capitalist countries.Poverty accumulation is mainly centralized in the marginalized and backward countries,which makes it possible to separate the conditions for the birth of socialism in its classic sense.At the moment the backward eastern countries chose to take socialist road,they were faced with a dilemma in which they had to construct socialist countries under the capitalist system on the one hand,and on the other hand they had to prevent themselves from being devoured by the strong international capital and falling into poverty accumulation again.Reflecting New China’s treasure development with this practice,we may see that the pattern of treasure development under the system of socialist planned economy,and the pattern under the system of socialist market economy,all agree with China’s inner demand to build socialism under the circumstances of capital global expansion.Therefore,the two ways of treasure development,though seemingly contradictory,are essentially connected.
