政治文明与我国政党制度

十六大报告把发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明作为全面建设小康社会的重要目标，这是我们党在全国代表大会上第一次明确对建设社会主义政治文明做出部署。把社会主义政治文明建设与社会主义物质文明、精神文明建设一起确立为社会主义现代化建设的重要目标，这是新世纪我国现代化建设的必然要求。政治文明建设与我国政党制度之间存在着紧密联系。本文拟从分析政治文明与我国政党制度的紧密联系入手，论证坚持和完善我国政党制度是建设社会主义政治文明的关键。

Political Civilization and China's Party System

The 16th Party's Congress put developing socialist democratic policy and constructing socialist political civilization as the important goal of constructing well-to-do society.It's the first time for the Chinese Communist Party presenting constructing socialist political civilization. It's the certain request for our modernization in the new-century.Political civilization construction has tight relationship between China's Party system.This article analyzes the tight relationship between political civilization and China's Party system,and argues that insisting and perfecting China's Party system is the key of constructing socialist political civilization.
