基于产业链角度探析我国的产业安全

一国的某一产业价值链的安全是产业安全的基础性问题,而反垄断只是低层次的产业安全策略。产业的分工位势低、关联度减弱、产业生态环境恶化、控制力降低、对外依存度提高以及外资并购等因素会诱发我国的产业安全问题。要提高产业的国际竞争力,应从产业安全的战略角度着眼,构建防范体系,提高我国产业控制力和发展力。

Analysis on China's Industrial Safety Problems Based on the Industry Chain

The security of a country's industry value chain is the basic issues of industry safety,while anti-monopoly is only the low-level industry security strategy.Based on the factors of potential low industrial division of labor,weakened correlation,deterioration of the industry ecological environment,reduced control power,increasing of dependence on foreign markets and foreign acquisitions will induce the industrial security issues of our country.To enhance international competition of the industry,we should focus on the strategic perspective of industry security and construct preventive system to improve the control power and development power of our country's industry.
