| 摘 要： | 中国经济现代化目前正处在战略机遇期,已经开始从要素驱动进入到投资驱动和创新驱动并存的阶段。产业集成创新作为一个国家实现产业能级跃迁和创新型国家目标的重要工具和方法,旨在通过对某些潜力巨大的核心产业的优先发展来促动其相关性产业和支持性产业的“联动”和技术集成创新,实现整个国家产业整体创新能力的提升。确立产业集成战略是我国探索新型工业化道路、快速实现经济现代化的必然选择。为此,我国必须根据自身社会发展的现实需要选择和培育产业集成的生长点,充分发挥政府的引导和驱动作用,积极完善官产学研合作创新的体制平台和以企业为主体的国家创新体系。

| Abstract: | It is a strategic opportunity for china's economic modernization at present that the whole economic growth has transferred from the stage pushed by element and investment into the new stage driven by investment and innovation.Industrial clusters as an important tool can help one country speed up its industrial innovation competence by motivating"linkage"among core industry and its relative industry and supportive industry.It is necessary for china to choose the industrial clusters strategy to develop new industrialization paths and complete economic modernization.Therefore,China should choose and cultivate new growth ways of industrial clusters to meet its needs,and government should play a role in guiding and driving industrial innovation plentifully and improve the cooperative innovation mechanism and national innovation system. |
