关于社会发展动力之新见

人类社会是不断发展进步的。推动人类社会不断发展的动力主要有:社会矛盾是推动社会不断发展的矛盾动力,人是推动社会不断发展的主体动力,人的实践活动是推动社会不断发展的物质动力,人的智慧和需要是推动社会不断发展的精神动力。这四种动力不是各自独立存在、分别起作用的,而是在相互交叉、相互包含或者渗透中共同起作用的。社会矛盾推动人类社会不断发展的动力作用是通过作为社会主体的人发挥其能动作用来实现的,而人的能动作用则是依靠人的实践活动与人的智慧、需要相结合来实现的。

A new viewpoint about the forces of social development

There are many forces to drive the society forward. Social contradictions are the inner force, people are the subject force, the practices of people are the material force and their wisdom and need are the spiritual force. Instead of staying isolated from one another, these forces function together in society. The forces of social contradictions function through people exerting their subjective initiative while this force comes from the combination of people’s practical activities and their wisdom and need.
