| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of varying relations among the hidden dangers, the hazards and the accidents, this paper puts forward the managing program of examining, affirming, evaluating, and controlling the hidden danger and hazards in process of production and living, and the countermeasures of removing, isolating, lowering, replacing and conducting behavior to eliminate the hazards. |
