知识谱系、话语权力与妇女发展——国际发展中的社会性别理论与实践

在国际发展领域,妇女/社会性别与发展范式萌发于上个世纪70年代初。它既植根于主流发展轨迹与历史遗产,又是对后者的解构和超越。该领域处于发展研究与妇女研究的交界处,既有厚实的学术底蕴,又受到主流发展努力以及诸多社会运动的滋养,遂形成了自成一体、熔理论与实践于一炉的知识、话语和实践体系。时至今日,从历史与理论视界出发,回顾国际发展界社会性别理论与实践的嬗变,检视妇女发展话语的机构化与制度化进程,并就这些权力话语对包括联合国在内的多边发展机构和各国政府发展议程、政策及项目的巨大影响做一个系统梳理,已显得十分必要。
