高校与地方高新技术产业经济关系分析——以娄底高校与娄底市经济技术开发区的发展为例

高新技术产业经济的发展对高等教育提出了一些新的需求,娄底地方高校与娄底市经济技术开发区合作发展现状不容乐观。娄底高校必须从学科专业的组成、层次类别的布局、教学和科研结构、办学结构与方式以及高等教育的组织管理结构等方面进行改革。当地政府应从增加高校投入,加强高校的科研创新能力,提高科技成果的转化率,发展高科技产业,促进高校的产、学、研结合,积极主动介入高科技园区等方面努力促进高校与高新技术产业经济协调发展。

There are some new demands for the higher education in the course of the high new technical industry economy development.It is not optimistical that the cooperation status between place universities and the city economic development zone.Loudi universities must carries on reforms on the discipline,the level category layout,the teaching and the research structure,the structure and way of running schools,the higher education organization manages and so on.The local government should increase invest of the universities,strengthen the research innovation ability of the universities,enhance the conversion rate of the technical achievement,develop the high technical industry,promote the union of produce,study and research,positively initiatively involves the high technical area so as to promote diligently economy coordination development of the universities and the high new technical industry.
