| 摘 要： | 发展是当今世界的主题,但对发展的理解上由于受以物为本传统发展观的影响,人们一度把发展等同于经济在数量的增长,这种理解,在实践中产生了明显的负面作用。以人为本新发展观的提出,是对以物为本传统发展观的反思和超越,也是对20多年来我国改革开放实践的总结和升华,必将对我国经济社会快速健康的发展产生积极而深远的影响。

| Abstract: | Development is the overriding theme of our times.But influenced by traditional material-oriented views of development,people take development for the economic growth in amount of a time,which leads to negative effect in practice.New people-oriented views of development not only prevails the traditional views of development,but also summarizes and sublimes our 20-year reform and opening practice.It will surely produce a positive and profound effect on our economy and society's rapid and healthy development. |
