| 摘 要： | 当前我国学界关于社会管理的理论和实践探讨无论从管理理念、管理内容还是管理模式上都有着转变的迹象。立足于转型期的社会背景,从社会管理创新的转向逻辑——立足点转向、理念转向、手段转向、关系转向、目标转向等方面进行研究,不仅拓展了学界研究的视角,而且厘清了社会管理创新的必然性和逻辑、路径。

| Abstract: | At present,academic discussion in China of social management is showing signs of an major reorientation regardless in theoretical approaches,content or management models.Against a background of social transition,academic research about social management is reorienting itself along lines of stands,ideas,methods,relations and objectives.Such a reorientation not only expands our research horizon,but clarifies the necessity of innovation and its logic and path. |
