新农村建设中农村妇女城乡流动的问题与对策

在社会主义新农村建设中,农村妇女遇到了前所未有的发展机遇,她们或外出打工,或返乡在农村独当一面,成为社会主义新农村建设的重要力量。许多女性农民工在城乡流动的过程中,提高了能力,增强了自信,改变了她们对社会和人生的看法,从而为社会主义新农村建设输入了新的血液。但是,我们仍能看到农村妇女在城乡流动中所面临的困惑、无奈和牺牲。因此,应必须重视这一问题,努力为农村妇女营造更为公正的城乡流动环境,以更好地推进社会主义新农村建设。

The Flow of Rural Women Between Cities and Countryside in the Socialism New Rural Reconstruction

In the socialism new rural reconstruction,the rural women have met unprecedented opportunities of development.They transferred towards the city to work,or returned to their native village to block one side only,becoming the important strength of the socialism new rural reconstruction.In the flowing process many female farmer workers improved their ability,strengthened their self-confidence and changed their viewpoints to the society and the life,so they input new blood for the socialism new rural reconstruction.Therefore,we must take this question seriously and diligently build a fairer flowing environment between cities and countryside for the rural women in order to advance the socialism new rural reconstruction.
