| 摘 要： | 辽代行政制度的二元化是中国政治制度史上一个颇具特色的现象。以南、北面官分治汉人和契丹人,这是由契丹统治者对待汉族文明的态度决定的。一方面是重视和利用,另一方面是有意疏远和抵制。行政系统的二元化,正是这种既利用又抵制的态度在国家政治制度上的反映。

| Abstract: | The dualization of the administration system of the Liao Dynasty was one of the most characteristic phenomena in China's political system history.The Chinese and Qidan people were ruled separately by the administration which was divided into south officers and north officers.It is decided by the attitude of the ruler in Qidan towards the civilization of the Chinese.On one hand,they pay attention to the Chinese civilization and utilize it.on the other hand they drift apart and resist it delibrately.The dualization of the administration system is exactly the reflection of this kind of attitude on the national political system. |
